Beer and/or wine require a $225 permit fee purchased with the reservation, 14 days' notice minimum. A Metro special-use permit is required for organized gatherings of more than 25 people that do NOT use a picnic shelter, so reserving a shelter avoids that step. Rescheduling costs $20 if done at least 7 days out.
