Peak season is April through October, up to 150 guests. November-March weekends are limited to the interior plus brick patios only, max 48 guests, at $225/hour non-resident. The weekday (Mon-Thu) rate all year is $150/hour non-resident. Meetings using the Dining Room and Kitchen only are $60/hour for 20 guests. The optional wedding arch is only available during high-peak season. All rentals must end by 11 p.m. with departure by midnight, and the house is not available during public tour hours.
