What the venue publishes

Published daytime rental fees (8 a.m.-4 p.m.), for groups up to 300 (add $500 per additional 100 guests): Encanto Room $1,500 (reception capacity 75), Nichols Garden $1,500 (reception capacity 75), Pritzlaff Courtyard $1,500 (reception capacity 75), Monte Vista Room $2,500 (reception capacity 150), Steele Auditorium + Foyer $4,000. Evening rentals (6-10/11 p.m.) start at $6,000 for one space. Fees include the contracted space, museum gallery access, and standard security/facilities staff; do not include tables, chairs, linens, catering, or bar.
