A restored historic chapel in Kenner's Rivertown district. City policy: decorating, set-up, break-down and clean-up must all happen inside the booked reservation time; additional time may be purchased at $150 per hour if arranged at least 14 days ahead. All functions must end no later than 11 pm. Candles are allowed only in glass containers; no confetti, glitter or sprinkles. Events with more than 50 attendees, or any event where alcohol is served, require security arranged by the City at the renter's cost.

The license is valid anywhere in Louisiana for 30 days from date of issuance, with a 24-hour waiting period before the ceremony.
