The clerk also announced ceremony appointments at the Historic Courthouse in downtown Fernandina Beach (416 Centre Street) on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:30 pm in 30-minute increments; couples must obtain the licence at the Yulee office and pre-pay for the ceremony. A clerk cannot perform the ceremony at the time the licence is obtained if the three-day waiting period applies. The licence is valid for 60 days.
