Micro wedding venues under $5,000 in Indianapolis

$40.00-$55.00 per night per shelter (Cherry Tree, Delaware, Reddick, and Sycamore Shelters), general season Aug 2026-Aug 2027; displayed rates do not include taxes, attribute fees, or incremental charges.

Vonnegut Room: $50/hour (25 seated). Veterans Room: $50/hour (40 seated). Max Kade Room: $100/hour (50 seated). Willkie Blue Room: $100/hour (60 seated). Damenverein Room: $125/hour (90 seated). Biergarten: $700 flat for 5 hours, Sun/Mon/Tue only (500 seated). Upper Ballroom: $1,200 flat for 5 hours (200 with dance floor). Grand Kellersaal: $1,500 flat for 5 hours (400 with dance floor). Athenaeum Theater is market-priced, not fixed.

McCloud Pavilion (McCloud Nature Park, capacity ~40): $50/day. Firefly Shelter (W.S. Gibbs Memorial Park, capacity ~48): $75/day. Bluegill Shelter (W.S. Gibbs Memorial Park, capacity ~100): $100/day.

Shelters $64.20 per day (includes Indiana sales tax), a flat rate covering Case Shelter (capacity ~40), REMC Shelter (capacity ~45), and Bargersville Utility Shelter (capacity ~45).

Shelter 2 and Shelter 4 (up to 75 guests): $75 resident / $90 non-resident. Anderson Shelter (up to 42 guests): $75/$90. Shelter 3 (up to 120 guests): $120/$140. Shelter 1 and Gaylor Electric Shelter 5 (up to 240 guests): $240/$275.

Weekday Chapel Elopement (Mon-Thu, 8am-5pm): $80, includes civil ceremony, decorated chapel, silk bouquet, 30-minute reservation, up to 4 guests. Weekend Chapel Elopement (Fri-Sun or weekday evenings 5-8pm): $150, civil ceremony in English or Spanish, 30-minute reservation, up to 4 guests.

$100.00-$105.00 per night, capacity 40 people each (Sites 701-702).

$100: ceremony in their office in the historic Chamber of Commerce Building, outside the office in University Park, or on the steps of the Indiana War Memorial, weekdays 9am-4:30pm. Evenings/weekends at those same locations: $150. $150 also covers a ceremony anywhere else in Marion County, including the Indiana Statehouse.

Monday-Thursday Rentals: $150.00. Friday-Sunday Rentals: $200.00. Five available shelters, each accommodating up to 50 people.

Marion County resident rate $160/day for most shelters (Walnut Grove A & B, Circle Drive C & D, Reed's Place, Hardwood Ridge, Pine Grove, Mt. Pleasant S/M/N, Lilly Lake, Earth Discovery Center, Dandy Trail; capacities 40-100), $185 non-resident. Beach Shelter (capacity 200) is $300 Marion County resident / $355 non-resident.

$200 per day; reservation runs 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Full-day park rental: $200 resident / $260 non-resident. White chair rental (max 45 chairs): $2.00 resident / $2.50 non-resident per chair.

Standard rate: $400 per day. Non-profit rate: $200 per day. Plus a separate $200 refundable damage deposit (cash or check only). Rental hours 9:00 am-11:00 pm, day of rental only.

Emerald Package (Simple Wedding Ceremony, 1 hour, up to 50 guests): starting at $350. Diamond Package (Micro Wedding, 3 hours, up to 50 guests): $1,275. A Ruby Package (marriage license signing only, no chapel ceremony, up to 4 guests) is $150.

Individual Ambassador House rental (all days): $1,000. Complete Wedding Package: $4,000 Fridays & Sundays, $5,500 Saturdays. Heritage Garden Tent (May-Oct only): $3,000 Fri/Sun, $4,500 Sat, requires a $3,500 Simply Served catering minimum.
