Owned by Historic New England. Capacity: 125 for a seated dinner in the mansion, 150 for a cocktail reception, 200 for a tented event. Catering is restricted to an exclusive supplier list (Boston Catering and Events, Capers, East Meets West, La Bonne Maison, MAX Ultimate Food, Tastings) with no off-list catering except wedding cakes and dessert vendors, so food and beverage is a large mandatory extra cost on top of the rental fee. Tents must come from PEAK Event Services or Sperry Tents. The City of Waltham requires an approved ABCC wholesaler for alcohol. A separate cheaper micro-wedding package is listed as its own entry.
