Forever Fridays courthouse ceremonies are free for couples with a Fulton County marriage license. The court's program page (checked August 2026) currently lists select Friday sessions in June and July tied to a FIFA World Cup season promotion at the North Annex (7741 Roswell Rd) and South Annex (5600 Stonewall Tell Rd), limited to two guests; couples should confirm current Friday ceremony availability with the court since this may be a seasonal offering rather than a year-round schedule. Separately, the marriage license fee is $68.50 (standard, includes one mailed certified copy) or $28.50 with a Qualified Premarital Education Program certificate.

The court states: "THERE IS NO FEE FOR YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY REGARDLESS OF WHAT COUNTY YOU RESIDE." Separately, the marriage license fee is $66.00 without a premarital education certificate or $26.00 with one, each plus $2.00 shipping/handling, and each includes one certified copy of the marriage certificate.

"Free group wedding ceremonies are offered Monday through Thursday ONLY at 6:00pm. Free group wedding ceremonies are offered at noon AND 6:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays." Couples participate in group ceremonies and must arrive 30 minutes early with a valid Cobb County marriage license. Separately, the Cobb County Probate Court marriage license fee is $56.00 without pre-marital counseling or $16.00 with proof of pre-marital counseling.
